Abstract

The debate about the Quality of the execution of the Educate Your Child Program and the preparation of educators and promoters of preschool education, becomes a necessity to offer solutions to the problems that arise in the education of children from zero to six years of age.

The systematization of the definitions of preparation of educators and promoters of the Educate Your Child program allows designing actions to deepen and update the contents related to the non-institutional path in preschool education.

The objective is to discuss the importance of the preparation of the promoters of the Educate Your Child Program in the integral development of preschool children.

The following methods were used: documentary analysis of the regulations established for Preschool Education and in particular the non-institutional ways for the execution of the Educate Your Child program, as well as the review of the permanent and continuous training of the promoters, the method of theoretical systematization of the definition of preparation of the promoters, in addition to the experiences of the authors as teachers and researchers, show the need for changes in the training of these education professionals.
