Influencia de la Educación Avanzada para el Mejoramiento del Comportamiento Humano en la Industria Hotelera
Resumen
En el presente artículo se aborda la problemática del comportamiento humano y su mejoramiento desde las concepciones de la Educación Avanzada en Cuba. La etapa actual de desarrollo de la Pedagogía es decisiva y su importancia se incrementa en la medida que los complejos problemas de la educación de la personalidad se han convertido en problemas vitales para el movimiento imprescindible de la sociedad. Para el logro del desarrollo organizacional en la Industria Turística es imprescindible entender y reconocer lo trascendental del factor humano para la actividad de los servicios. Se refieren los puntos de partida y los principios sobre los que se basa esta categoría, a partir de los estudios realizados en la sociedad cubana, el aporte de sus líderes, pedagogos, psicólogos, sociólogos, desde los estudios de las ciencias. El comportamiento humano se sustenta en actitudes y valores que reflejan en su accionar las personas, derivado de factores objetivos y subjetivos, en la actividad de los servicios muy relevante. Para el logro del mejoramiento es necesaria la transformación en el ser humano, pasar de un estado a otro. Esta influencia necesaria parte de la selección y aplicación de una de las alternativas de la educación avanzada, el programa educativo, por su contribución al desarrollo del capital humano, su carácter personalizado y flexible. Es reconocido que uno de los mayores problemas de la sociedad cubana actual está en el comportamiento humano que incluye lo profesional, lo personal, lo familiar, lo comunitario, las cualidades y las virtudes humanas.

The influence of the advanced education in the improvement of human behave in the Hotel Industry.
Abstract
The Present article approaches the problem of the human behavior and its improvement from the conceptions of the Advanced Education in Cuba. The current stage of development of the Pedagogy is decisive, and its importance is increased in the measure that the complex problems of the education of the personality have become into vital problems for the indispensable movement of the society. For the achievement of the organizational development in the Tourist Industry is indispensable to understand and to recognize the human factor for the activity of the services. They refer to the starting points and the principles on those this category is based, starting from the studies carried out in the Cuban society, the contribution of its leaders, educators, psychologists, sociologists, from the studies of the sciences. The human behavior is sustained in attitudes and values that reflect in the actions of the people, derived from the objective and subjective elements, in the activity of the outstanding services. For the achievement of the improvement it is necessary the transformation in the human being, to pass from a state to another. This necessary influence has its origin in the selection and application of one of the alternatives of the advanced education, the educational program, for its contribution to the development to the human capital, its flexible and personalized character. It is recognized that one of the biggest problems in the current Cuban society is in the human behavior that includes the professional, the personal, the family, and the community aspects; the qualities and the human virtues.
