Main results of impact of the system of administration of the university quality in the UCPEJV in the period 2017-2021

Abstract
The article presents some of the main results that show forms of impact of the University Quality Management System (SGCU) at the Enrique José Varona University of Pedagogical Sciences (UCPEJV), which were derived from the tasks of the research project entitled "Improvement of the University Quality Management System (SGCU)". In the first part of the work, a synthesis of the authorial position assumed on the categories quality, quality management, quality management system and impact are exposed. It delves into the particularities of the SGCU from the integration of strategic planning, the requirements of Res. 60/2011 of the Office of the Comptroller General of the Republic with the SEAES; in addition, its components are characterized, considering the conditions and particularities of the UCPEJV, as the Branch Rector Center for Pedagogical Training. Finally, the main regularities identified in a longitudinal descriptive study carried out from the data obtained with the application of the SEA-IES instruments in the institutional self-assessment exercises carried out in the years 2017, 2018 and 2019 are argued; This made it possible to identify the strengths that have been maintained in a sustained manner during these years and the movement in the values of the weaknesses, which constitute evidence of the impact of the implemented SGCU and its referential value to guide the continuous improvement of quality in our University
