Prevención comunitaria a las indisciplinas sociales e ilegalidades en jóvenes

Resumen

La presente investigación se realiza con el objetivo de diseñar una estrategia de prevención comunitaria a las indisciplinas sociales e ilegalidades en jóvenes del Consejo Popular Sur del Municipio San José de las Lajas. Para su realización se emplean técnicas de recopilación de información, entrevista a funcionarios públicos, encuesta a jóvenes y población del propio consejo, análisis documental de estudios anteriores en el país y a nivel internacional, donde resalta hasta el momento el análisis de esta temática con énfasis en la delincuencia juvenil, terminología que se relaciona con las ilegalidades constitutivas de delitos. En el presente artículo es importante destacar que analizamos las causas, factores, conductas de riesgo y las principales expresiones de las indisciplinas e ilegalidades, así como la prevención teniendo en cuenta los criterios de figuras internacionales y nacionales. En la función preventiva a estas manifestaciones participan factores principales, donde se destacan la escuela, la familia y la comunidad con una tarea protagónica para la preparación, educación e inserción en el medio social circundante. La investigación se dirige a los jóvenes como grupo etéreo y de riesgo social, porque en esta etapa del desarrollo adquieren los rasgos distintivos de la personalidad y conforman su carácter y conducta.

Community prevention of social indiscipline and illegalities in young people

Abstract

The present investigation is carried out with the objective of designing a community prevention strategy for social indiscipline and illegalities in young people of the Southern Popular Council of the Municipality of San José de las Lajas. In order to carry it out, information gathering techniques, interviews with public officials, a survey of young people and the council's own population, documentary analysis of previous studies in the country and internationally, where the analysis of this subject is highlighted, with emphasis on juvenile delinquency, terminology that is related to illegalities constituting crimes. In this article, it is important to highlight that we analyze the causes, factors, risk behaviors and the main expressions of indiscipline and illegalities, as well as prevention taking into account the criteria of international and national figures. In the preventive function to these manifestations, participate main factors, where the school, the family and the community stand out with a protagonist task for the preparation, education and insertion in the surrounding social environment. The research is aimed at young people as an ethereal group and social risk, because at this stage of development acquires the distinctive features of the personality and shapes its character and behavior.
