La capacitación para el personal de instalación de la Gerencia Electrónica para los Servicios Integrales de Seguridad

Resumen

El objetivo del artículo es exponer una sistematización de diversas concepciones en el campo de la capacitación en la Empresa de Servicios Integrales de Seguridad S.A. Cuba. Se aplicaron métodos teóricos y empíricos que propiciaron obtener la información necesaria en cuanto a selección de temas y diseño del curso. Se reconoce la capacitación muy unida a la preparación o habilitación en un momento específico, que requiere un personal por alguna circunstancia, lo que tiene mucha relación con la problemática analizada. La sistematización realizada permitió estructurar los cursos de postgrado, diplomados y maestrías en la institución.

ABSTRACT

The objective of the article is to expose a systematizing of diverse conceptions in the field of the qualification in the Company of Integral Services of Security S.A. Cuba. Theoretical and empiric methods were applied that propitiated to obtain the necessary information as for selection of topics and design of the course. The qualification is recognized very together to the preparation or qualification in a specific moment that people requires for some circumstance, what has a lot of relationship with the analyzed problem. The carried out systematizing allowed to structure the graduate degree courses, graduates and masters in the institution.
