Una visión conceptual de la Victimología

Resumen

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo exponer una visión conceptual de la victimización como ciencia a partir de su sistematización. La revisión bibliográfica permitió reconocer la Victimología como una ciencia independiente, que está en desarrollo, que no ha logrado una total madurez científica. Se concluye que son las personas que individual o colectivamente han sufrido daños y además a consecuencia de acciones que violen la legislación penal en todos los países del mundo, propiciado por mecanismos burocráticos, deficiente profesionalidad, carente sentido de la laboriosidad entre otros. Se relaciona con toda la enciclopedia penal, aporta y recibe conocimientos, sugiere soluciones, acepta sugerencias y se va convirtiendo en parte indispensable del tra­bajo interdisciplinario.

ABSTRACT

The present work has as objective to expose a conceptual vision of the victimization like science starting from its systematizing. The bibliographical revision allowed to recognize Victimology like an independent science that it is in development that has not achieved a scientific total maturity. It concludes that they are people that individual or collectively they have suffered damages and also as a consequence of actions that they violate the penal legislation in all the countries of the world, propitiated by mechanisms bureaucratic, faulty professionalism, lacking sense of the industry among other. It is related with the whole penal encyclopedia, it contributes and it receives knowledge, it suggests solutions, it accepts suggestions and it goes becoming partly indispensable of the interdisciplinary work.
