La práctica supervisada en el Instituto Superior de Servicio Social de Luanda
Resumen
El objetivo del articulo es valorar la práctica supervisada desde el puntode vista teorico y metodolgico y su utilidad en la formacion del asistente social que se forma en el Instituto Superior de Sericio Social de Luanda, Angola en los momentos actuales de transformaciones y reformas del sistema educativo angolano. Se analizan aspectos importantes a tener en cuenta durante la concepcion, organizacion, ejcución y evaluación de la practica supervisada de forma tal que los futuros asistentes sociales puedan responder mediante a esta actividad a situaciones similares a las que podrían hallar en su futuro desempeño profesional, para de esta forma contribuir a un mejor proceso de orientación e inserción laboral. Se presentan algunos desafíos que se ha replanteado el Instituto Superior de Sericio Social de Luanda y que constituyen propuestas innovadoras con vista a la transformación de este escenario de preparación laboral profesional.

ABSTRACT
The article analyzes the supervised practice from the theoretical and methodological point of view and its usefulness in the training of the social worker that is formed in the Higher Institute of Social Services of Luanda, in the current times of transformations and reforms of the Angolan educational system. Important aspects to be taken into account during the conception, organization, implementation and evaluation of the supervised practice are analyzed in such a way that the future social assistants can respond by means of this activity to situations similar to those that could be found in their future professional performance, for in this way contribute to a better process of orientation and labor insertion. Some challenges are presented that have been reconsidered by the Instituto Superior de Sericio Social of Luanda and that constitute innovative proposals with a view to the transformation of this scenario of professional work preparation.
