The online discussion forum, a contribution to the improvement of teaching performance

Este artículo tiene como objetivo socializar los resultados obtenidos con la puesta en práctica del foro debate online para el mejoramiento del desempeño profesional docente en la atención a la diversidad estudiantil de la Escuela Latinoamericana de Medicina.Se diseñó el foro debate onlinecompuesto por 10 audiovisuales y cada uno de ellos cuenta con una información general, el objetivo de las reflexiones que se realizarán y las preguntas que se harán al respecto luego de visualizarlo. El fórum propuesto, es una aplicación web desarrollada en el lenguaje de programación del lado del servidor PHP, y maquetada con los estándares web actuales como son HTML5, CSS3. Se aplicó un test de satisfacción, observación al desempeño y encuesta que permitieron validarlo. Esta herramienta contribuyó a la superación de los docentes implicados que puede ser generalizado a la institucióny otras educativas en tanto la diversidad estudiantil es un elemento presente en el proceso pedagógico y para atenderla se debe estar preparado.

ABSTRACT
This article has as objective to socialize the results obtained with the implementation of the online debate forum for the improvement of the professional teaching performance in the attention to the student diversity of the Medical Latin-American School. The online debate forum was designed, based on the above, composed of 10 audiovisuals and each of them has general information, the objective of the reflections that will be made and the questions that will be asked about it after visualizing it. The proposed forum is a web application developed in the programming language on the PHP server side, and mapped with the current web standards such as HTML5, CSS3. When applying the same, a satisfaction test was applied, performance observation and a survey that allowed validating it. The proposal contributed to the improvement of the pedagogical professional performance of the teachers that make up the sample in attention to student diversity, which is part of the department's problem bank. This tool contributes to the overcoming of the involved teachers that can be generalized to other educational institutions while the student diversity is an element present in the pedagogical process and to attend it you must be prepared.
