Cortesía lingüística, educación vs descortesía lingüística, incorrección

Resumen

El objetivo del artículo es reflexionar sobre la cortesía lingüística y su importancia, de forma particular en el contexto educativo. Se relacionan acciones que conforman las rutinas de la comunicación en cualquier situación comunicativa y se valoran los resultados de una encuesta aplicada a 46 docentes de la Universidad de Ciencias Pedagógicas “Héctor A. Pineda Zaldívar”, La Habana, Cuba a propósito del tema que motiva el artículo cuyo objetivo es socializar ideas y resultados sobre el comportamiento cortés de directivos, profesores y estudiantes de la Universidad para que se reflexione y se valoren acciones y que dichas acciones puedan transformar lo que fue antes corroborado.

ABSTRACT

In the article, there is a reflection about the linguistic courtesy and its importance, especially in the educational context. Relate actions that make up the routines from the communication in any communicative situation and appreciate the results of a survey of 46 students at the University of Pedagogical Sciences “Héctor A. Pineda Zaldívar” on the topic that motivates the article and the purpose is socializing ideas and results about the polite behavior of directors, professors and students of the UCP, which is for analyze and valuing actions and those actions could transform what was corroborate before.
