Mejoramiento del desempeño del docente en la evaluación formativa

Resumen

Improvement of the acting of the educational one in the formative evaluation.

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo argumentar los fundamentos que sustentan la evaluación del aprendizaje, en particular la evaluación formativa y el desempeño profesional desde la Teoría de Educación Avanzada. Mediante el método histórico-lógico, el análisis documental y la sistematización, los autores realizan un análisis exhaustivo de diferentes definiciones, ofrecen sus propias consideraciones al respecto y hallan esencialidades entre ellas. Se ofrecen definiciones operacionales de evaluación formativa, desempeño del docente en la evaluación formativa y mejoramiento del desempeño del docente en la evaluación formativa. Estas definiciones constituyen resultados parciales de un proyecto de investigación educativa sobre el desempeño de los docentes de Química de la Facultad Preparatoria en la evaluación formativa.

ABSTRACT

The present work has as objective to argue the basics that sustain the evaluation of the learning, in particular the formative evaluation and the professional acting from the Theory of Advanced Education. By means of the historical-logical method, the documental analysis and the systematizing, the authors carry out an exhaustive analysis of different definitions, they offer their own considerations in this respect and they find esencialidades among them. They offer operational definitions of formative evaluation, I carry out of the educational one in the formative evaluation and improvement of the acting of the educational one in the formative evaluation. These definitions constitute partial results of a project of educational investigation on the acting of the educational ones of Chemistry of the Preparatory Ability in the formative evaluation.
