The professional orientation toward the entrance to pedagogical carees in Cuba

El objetivo del artículo es valorar la importancia del Colegio Universitario como una opción para el ingreso a las carreras pedagógicas en Cuba, en la que se desarrolla el trabajo de orientación profesional, con el fin de garantizar el ingreso a las carreras pedaógicas de perfil técnico, que logre que se mantenga la decisión de los estudiantes de ingresar a la universidad aún después de concluir el período de Servicio Militar diferido. Se hace un recuento de este tipo de organización de docencia preuniversitaria dentro de la universidad, así como las experiencias de la última edición de este Colegio, de modo que se señalen los logros y se definan las amenazas que se encuentran en esta labor.

ABSTRACT

The objective of this article is to value the importance of the University College as an option to entrance to the pedagogical careers in Cuba, where develop the professional orientation, to guarantee the entrance in the pedagogical careers with technical profile to obtain the maintenance the decission of the students to entrance in the university even after conclude the defered Military Service. Make recount of this type of organization of the preuniversitary leraning inside the university, and the experiences of the last edition of this college too, so in this way fix the success and define the threaten in this task.
