La formación laboral investigativa del Licenciado en Educación en especialidades técnicas

Resumen

El objetivo del artículo es exponer consideraciones teóricas sobre la formación laboral investigativa durante la formación inicial del Licenciado para la Educación Técnica y Profesional en Cuba. Se caracteriza la formación laboral investigativa a partir del desarrollo científico-técnico y el enfoque desde las Ciencias de la Educación, sus antecedentes, fundamentos y referentes teóricos. Para ello se combinaron métodos teóricos y empíricos, lo que permitió referir cómo se han manifestado estos cambios y cómo se consolidad hoy, en el marco de un nuevo diseño de planes de estudio que permitan definir una formación laboral investigativa en la que se potencie la integración entre profesores en formación y educadores, así como entre los componentes organizativos y los contextos de educación técnica y profesional.

ABSTRACT
The article's objective is to expose theoretic considerations on the investigating labour formation during the Licentiate’s initial formation of technical and professional education in Cuba. It characterizes the labour formation investigating, starting from the scientific development - technician and the focus from the sciences education, background, basics and theoretic referents. Theoretic methods and empiricists were combined to refer how for it has happened to me that they have manifested these changes and how himself make firm today, in a new curriculum’s design's frame that they permit defining a labour formation investigating in the one that the integration among professors increase the power of itself in the making and educators, the same way that he enter the organizational components and the technical education contexts and professional.
