Abstract
The aim of the article is to assess the research progress in completing postgraduate programs for Nursing professionals who work in elderly care within the Cuban National Health System. A series of tools to measure research progress in finishing postgraduate programs is presented. An instrumental study was carried out in four stages: construction, validity, pilot, and reliability. There is a series of four structured questionnaires divided into four sections, with 12 to 18 items each. The designed questionnaires show solid reliability and validity properties for evaluating research progress.
