Human resource training in agric
Abstract
The article aims to assess the challenges and opportunities arising from digitalization, globalization, and the potential of Advanced Education as a support for the improvement, preparation, and training of human resources in agriculture, focusing on local development. It highlights the role played by the Ramal School of the Ministry of Agriculture in Cuba, which provides municipal actors with the necessary tools to adapt to technological changes and market demands in a constantly changing environment. Advanced education and Information and Communication Technology facilitate access to high-quality educational resources, promote research, and encourage collaborative learning in the digital continuous training.
