Strategy for the pedagogic reception toward specialties in the Technical Education and Professional
Resumen
El objetivo del artículo es proponer una estrategia para la captación pedagógica hacia especialidades en la Educación Técnica y Profesional del municipio Guanabacoa, La Habana, Cuba. La propuesta se fundamenta a partir de la determinación de los antecedentes, fundamentos y referentes que sustentan la captación pedagógica hacia especialidades en la Educación Técnica y Profesional, el diagnóstico del estado inicial de la captación pedagógica hacia especialidades en la Educación Técnica y Profesional del municipio Guanabacoa, y la constatación de los resultados de su aplicación. De igual modo se tuvo en cuenta las consideraciones de los especialistas consultados.

El objective of this article is to show a pedagogic reception toward specialties in the Technical Education and Professional of the municipality Guanabacoa, Havana, Cuba. The proposal is based starting from the determination of the antecedents, foundations and relating that sustain the pedagogic reception toward specialties in the Technical and Professional Education, the diagnosis of the initial state of the pedagogic reception toward specialties in the Technical Education and Professional of the municipality Guanabacoa, and the verification of the results of its application. In a same way one kept in mind the considerations of the consulted specialists.
