Resumen
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo caracterizar un folleto de ejercicios que permita el mejoramiento del proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de la asignatura Contabilidad II que reciben los estudiantes de segundo año de la especialidad de Contabilidad. Trata los contenidos de las nóminas tenido en cuenta en contexto de ordenamiento monetario en que está inmersa la economía cubana actual. En él se incluye los aspectos teóricos fundamentales sobre el tema, ejercicios resueltos y propuestos a partir de situaciones reales de las empresas cubanas otorgándole a la propuesta un carácter motivador, didáctico y actualizado.

ABSTRACT
The present work has objective to characterize an exercise booklet that allows the improvement of the teaching-learning process of the Accounting II subject that the second-year students of the Accounting specialty receive, dealing with the contents of payrolls taken into account in the context of monetary order in which the current Cuban economy is immersed. It includes the fundamental theoretical aspects on the subject, solved and proposed exercises based on real situations of Cuban companies, giving the proposal a motivating, didactic and updated character; all of which is extremely important for the comprehensive preparation of the future graduate in correspondence with the model of the professional to which they aspire.
