The technical preparation of instructors of the Institute of Information and Social Comunication of the Central Palace of Pioneros

Resumen

El objetivo del artículo es proponer talleres de preparación técnica para los instructores que ingresan por convocatoria libre al área Instituto de Información y Comunicación Social del Palacio Central de Pioneros, La Habana, Cuba. La metodología utilizada constituye una integración de métodos teóricos y empíricos para caracterizar el estado inicial del objeto y su transformación mediante la propuesta elaborada, que se caracteriza por su integralidad, carácter flexible y dinámico. Su aplicación en la práctica permite reconocer los resultados con vista al mejoramiento de la preparación técnica de los instructores y con ello la calidad de la formación vocacional.

ABSTRACT

The objective of thes article  is to propose technical preparation workshops for instructors who enter the área and Institute of Information and Social Comunication of the Pioneers Central Palace, Havana, Cuba by free computer. The methodology used is an integration of theoretical and empirical methods to characterize the initial state of the object and its transformation through the proposal elaborated. The application in practice allows to recognize the results in view of the improvement of the technical preparation of the instructors and thus the quality of vocational training.
