Workshop for the preventive work in the educandos of the specialty Administration of Human Capital

Resumen

El objetivo del artículo es proponer talleres que contribuyan al trabajo preventivo en los educandos de la especialidad Gestión de Capital Humano del Centro Politécnico América Latina, La Habana, Cuba. Se utilizaron métodos teóricos y empíricos que conjuntamente con el análisis de frecuencias absolutas y relativas como método estadístico complementario permitieron un análisis de los resultados del diagnóstico inicial y final. Para la valoración de talleres se procedió a utilizar el criterio de especialistas y la puesta en práctica de la propuesta. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que la propuesta de solución contribuye a una transformación positiva del estado inicial del objeto de investigación.

ABSTRACT

The objective of the article is  to show the shops that contribute to the preventive work in the educandos of the specialty Administration of Human Capital of the Polytechnic Center Latin America, Havana, Cuba. Theoretical and empiric methods were used that jointly with the analysis of absolute and relative frequencies as complementary statistical method allowed an analysis of the results of the initial and final diagnosis. For the valuation of shops, you proceeded to use the approach of specialists and the setting in practice of the proposal. The obtained results demonstrate that the solution proposal contributes to a positive transformation of the initial state of the investigation object.
