The background of the training of workers in Computer Security in Cuba

Resumen

El objetivo del trabajo es sistematizar los antecedentes de la capacitación de los trabajadores en la Seguridad Informática en Cuba. A partir de la utilización de métodos de nivel teórico, como histórico-lógico, análisis-síntesis e inducción-deducción, sustentados en el método general dialéctico – materialista. Es de vital importancia para cualquier entidad, capacitar oportunamente a sus empleados en los riesgos asociados con la seguridad informática. Mejorar el conocimiento que poseen, instruir mejor al personal a la hora de desempeñar su rol, reducirá el riesgo de una potencial brecha de seguridad con todas las consecuencias que conlleva.

ABSTRACT

The objective of the work is to show the background of the training of workers in Computer Security in Cuba. Starting from the use of theoretical level methods, such as historical-logical, analysis-synthesis and induction-deduction, supported by the general dialectical-materialist method. It is vitally important for any entity to timely train its employees on the risks associated with computer security, improving the knowledge they have, better instructing staff in carrying out their role, will reduce the risk of a potential security breach with all the consequences that entails.
