Acompañamiento universitario ante los desafíos de la prevención de desastres
Resumen
University accompaniment in front of the challenges of the prevention of disasters
El objetivo del artículo es analizar la evolución del vínculo Universidad – Empresa – Gobierno – Sociedad, desde la concepción del municipio y la gestión del conocimiento en el desarrollo local, como fundamentos en las perspectivas del diagnóstico de necesidades, que muestra la experiencia del Centro Universitario Municipal Abreus, Cienfuegos, Cuba, a partir de la elaboración de un Programa de superación posgraduada a tono con la concepción en la prevención de desastres. Los resultados apuntaron que la gestión del conocimiento, es una riqueza potencial, luego, la identificación de necesidades de conocimiento, se constituye como una herramienta que supone revertir la realidad manifiesta en dichos vínculos, favoreciendo el desarrollo local desde la prevención y el acompañamiento del Centro Universitario Municipal en la gestión del posgrado.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this article is to analize the relation betwen University – enterprice – goverernment- society, from the conception of the municipality and the step of the knowledge in the local development like foundations, in the perspectives of the diagnosis of needs, that you show the experience of the Centro Universitario Municipal Abreus, Cuba, as from the elaboration of a Program of postgraduate overcoming to, tone – gevernment is constituted like axle in this work, whose objective is the realization of a theoretic analysis of the evolution of the link –With the conception in the prevention of disasters. The results pointed than the step of knowledge, a potential riches are, next, the identification of needs of knowledge, it gets constituted like a tool that involves reverting the manifest reality in the aforementioned links, favoring the local development from prevention and the accompaniment of the University Municipal Center in the posgrado's step.
