The profile of the international relations methodologist in the Cuba national education system
El objetivo es exponer la metodología utilizada para identificar el perfil del metodólogo de relaciones internacionales teniendo en cuenta el análisis de los documentos normativos para la cooperación internacional que Cuba ofrece y recibe, tanto internacionales como nacionales; la identificación de las funciones básicas en correspondencia con la misión asignada y el análisis histórico lógico que le antecedieron y bajo qué perfil, para elaborar el actual perfil. Se realizó una sistematización de los referentes teórico-metodológicos posibilitó exponer el proceder utilizado gestionar gestionar los recursos humanos que demanda la cooperación internacional en el ámbito educativo del Sistema Nacional de Educación.

ABSTRACT
The objective of this article is to expose the methodology used to identify the profile of the international relations methodologist taking into account the analysis of the normative documents for international cooperation that Cuba offers and receives, both international and national; the identification of the basic functions in correspondence with the assigned mission and the logical historical analysis that preceded it and under what profile, to elaborate the current profile. A systematization of the theoretical-methodological references was carried out, which made it possible to expose the procedure used to manage the human resources demanded by international cooperation in the educational field of the National Education System.
