Los valores éticos-profesionales en los estudiantes

Resumen

El objetivo del artículo es exponer la sistematización de los referentes teóricos y metodológicos que sustenta la formación ética de los estudiantes que ingresen a la Educación Superior cubana. Se identificó las características y nexos que se establecen entre lo ético y lo económico dentro de los planes de estudio de la carrera pedagógica en Economía la asignatura Pensamiento Económico Cubano con el objetivo de que los egresados cuenten con las herramientas necesarias para el dominio de elementos económicos, revertido después como directores de ese proceso.

ABSTRACT

It is a necessity in the transformations of the Cuban Education that the students that enter to the Superior Education, have a general formation and it ethical completes that allows them to respond to the new demands of the society and of the culture contemporaries, being the school the most favorable context to create the conditions that guarantee the effectiveness of the new changes that you/they are required in all the education levels. The MONTH to elevate the quality of the education it contemplates inside the plans of study of the pedagogic career in Economy the subject Cuban economic Thought with the objective that the egresados has the necessary tools for the domain of economic elements, reverted later as directors of that process. The theoretical and methodological systematizing of the relating ones that sustains the ethical formation identified the characteristics and essential features, recognizing the nexuses that settle down between the ethical thing and the economic thing.
