Constructo teórico para el desarrollo epistemológico del docente de práctica profesional universitaria

Resumen

Epistemic development of the teacher of the university professional practice

El objetivo del artículo es caracterizar el desarrollo epistémico del docente de la práctica profesional universitaria, a través de la revisión bibliográfica permitiendo conocer los aspectos teóricos que relaciona la educación con tres aspectos: el Humanismo, entendido éste como la opción antropológica que coloca al hombre como centro del proceso de aprendizaje, como fundamento de las opciones éticas y como horizonte desde el cual se le da sentido existencial a la vida; con los aspectos Socio Culturales, siendo el ámbito en el que se reproducen los sistemas artificiales complejos y arbitrarios que regulan la conducta social, y con la Pedagogía Liberadora, destacando que el enseñar no es transferir conocimiento, sino crear las posibilidades para su propia producción o construcción.

ABSTRACT

The objective of this article is to characterizes the epistemic development of the teacher of the university professional practice, through a bibliographical revision allowing to know aspect of education with three aspects: Humanism, understood this as the anthropological option that places the man as center of any learning process, as the foundation of ethical options and as a horizon from which life is given existential meaning; with the Socio-Cultural aspects, being the area in which the complex and arbitrary artificial systems that regulate social behavior are reproduced, and with the Liberating Pedagogy, highlighting that teaching is not transferring knowledge, but creating the possibilities for its own production or building.
