Resumen

Educational dimension of the work with the map within the initial training of Geography teachers

El artículo tiene como propósito reflejar el tratamiento de la dimensión educativa del trabajo con el mapa en la formación inicial del profesor de Geografía en el Plan de Estudio E Licenciatura en Educación. Geografía de la educación superior cubana. Se realiza una caracterización del modelo del profesional de esta carrera y de las disciplinas geográficas, destacando en cada caso las potencialidades para dar respuesta a diversos problemas físicos, socio-económicos y culturales que ocurren en el espacio geográfico. Se logró mayor comprensión del sistema de relaciones Hombre-Tierra el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje geográfico con el trabajo con el mapa.

ABSTRACT

The article is intended to reflect the treatment given to the educational dimension of the work with the map in the initial training process of Geography teachers in Plan E Degree in Education. Geography, Cuba. A characterization of the curricula of this career and of the geographic disciplines is carried out, highlighting in each case the potential influences seeking to solve numerous physical, socio-economic ad cultural problems that take place in the geographic space. Bigger understanding of the system of relationships Man-earth the of geographical teaching-learning process was achieved with the work with the map.
