The qualification in security and health of the work

El objetivo del artículo es fundamentar la necesidad de la capacitación en temas relacionados con la seguridad y salud en el trabajo, como un campo interdisciplinar que engloba la prevención de riesgos laborales inherentes a cada actividad. Se fundamenta la importancia de que los trabajadores dominen las normas y contenidos de esta esfera ya que les permite prevenir y enfrentar con éxito los riesgos, accidentes y enfermedades referidos a su puesto laboral. La capacitación en este particular le da herramientas para un mejor desempeño, cuestión que garantiza su bienestar y el de la economía.

The objective of the article is to argue the necessity of the qualification in topics related with the security and health in the work, as a field interdisciplinary that includes the prevention of labor inherent risks to each activity. The importance is based that the workers dominate the norms and contents of this sphere since it allows them to prevent and to face with success the risks, accidents and illnesses referred to its labor position. The qualification in this matter gives him/her tools for a better acting, question that guarantees its well-being and that of the economy.
