Resumen

Juridical analysis of the existent Relationship between Technology and the Teletrabajo

El objetivo del artículo es fundamentar la relación existente entre la tecnología y el teletrabajo, como objeto de análisis económico y social. Para este estudio se empleó el análisis jurídico de la institución del contrato de trabajo, el histórico-lógico del teletrabajo en Cuba, el análisis sistémico para la valoración de los elementos integradores de la dinámica del teletrabajo, jurídico comparado para el abordaje desde varias dimensiones normativas extranjeras y determinar incompatibilidades y analogías.

ABSTRACT

In this work we will expose the existent relationship among the technology and the teletrabajo that it implies an old and controversial field of discussion of the economic and social analysis. In this literature, basically, they have consolidated two big analytic approaches. The first one, collection with the name of the optimistic theory of the compensation, makes incidence in the positive and long term impact of the technological change on the occupation.
