Resumen

En la actualidad, se evidencia la importancia de poder elevar la eficiencia del sistema educativo para dar cumplimiento a las transformaciones que se introducen en la política educacional del país, lo cual resulta particularmente importante con el fin de mejorar la preparación de los estudiantes de la carrera de Licenciatura en Maestros Primarios del Centro Universitario Municipal (CUM) de Cifuentes. El presente trabajo ha abordado el problema relativo a ¿Cómo contribuir al proceso de desarrollo de los docentes en formación apoyándose de los softwares y redes sociales en el CUM Cifuentes? En la investigación se realiza una sistematización de las habilidades informáticas desarrolladas en estos estudiantes, con el objetivo de hacer un plan de actividades para el uso y desarrollo de habilidades en los software y redes sociales en su preparación como docentes, teniendo en cuenta la búsqueda de soluciones que se realizan en esta enseñanza para el perfeccionamiento de su modelo pedagógico, de los resultados de los diagnósticos realizados se diseñaron variadas actividades para el desarrollo de su preparación como docente utilizando las TIC, las cuales fueron de gran utilidad e importancia para alcanzar el objetivo propuesto.

DEVELOPMENT OF TEACHERS IN TRAINING AND THE USE OF SOCIAL SOFTWARES

At present, the importance of being able to increase the efficiency of the education system to comply with the transformations that are introduced in the educational policy of the country is evident, which is particularly important in order to improve the preparation of students the Bachelor of Primary Teachers of Municipal University Center (CUM) Cifuentes. This work has addressed the problem related to How to contribute to the process of development of teachers in training based on software and social networks in CUM Cifuentes? In the research a systematization of the computer skills developed in these students is carried out, with the aim of making an activity plan for the use and development of skills in software and social networks in their preparation as teachers, taking into account the search for solutions that are carried out in this teaching for the improvement of its pedagogical model, from the results of the diagnoses made, several activities were designed for the development of its preparation as a teacher using ICT, which were very useful and important to achieve the proposed objective.
