Resumen

RESUMEN: El trabajo que se presenta tiene como propósito abordar la concepción transversal de los proyectos integradores en la carrera de Ingeniería Informática y su relación con el proceso de formación y desarrollo de habilidades en los estudiantes, sustentada en la línea de investigación Bioinformática del Departamento carrera. Se aborda el sistema de habilidades profesionales, su secuenciación a través de cuatro etapas y los principios que sustentan tal proceso. Se hace una propuesta además desde la línea Bioinformática, en relación con la ins- trumentación de los algoritmos y conceptos básicos de esta teoría a favor del proceso de formación y desarrollo de habilidades a través de los diferentes años.

CROSS-CONCEPTION OF INTEGRATING PROJECTS IN THE ROLE OF COMPUTERS APPLIED TO BIO-INFORMATIC

ABSTRACT: The work presented is intended to address the cross - sectional conception of integrative projects in the career of Computer Engineering and its relation to the process of training and development of skills in students, based on the Bioinformatics research line of the career department. It addresses the system of professional skills, its sequencing through four stages and the principles that underpin this process. A proposal is also made from the Bioinformatics line, in relation to the instrumentation of the algorithms and basic concepts of this theory in favor of the process of training and development of skills throughout the different years.
