EL ENFOQUE DE PROYECTO EN LA FORMACIÓN DE PROFESORES DE INFORMÁTICA
Resumen
La formación de profesores de Informática en Cuba ha transitado por diferentes momentos. A par- tir de septiembre del 2016 comienza una nueva etapa que presupone el logro de una formación integral en los estudiantes, donde se combinen armónicamente todos los componentes que en ella participan. A partir de la revisión bibliográfica realizada y tomando en consideración resultados de investigaciones precedentes, las auto- ras deciden emplear el enfoque de proyecto en la enseñanza de las asignaturas del primer año de la carrera Licenciatura en Educación. Informática. Este trabajo expone los elementos generales de la propuesta así como, las principales experiencias obtenidas con su utilización.
Los resultados obtenidos al aplicar este enfoque han sido satisfactorios, pues a través de él se favoreció el pro- ceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de las diferentes asignaturas del año académico. Se logró el desarrollo de la formación laboral e investigativa de los estudiantes. Además, tanto los profesores como los estudiantes demos- traron una alta satisfacción por su empleo.
THE PROJECT APPROACH IN THE FORMATION OF INFORMATICS PROFESSORS
The training of Informatics teachers in Cuba has gone through different moments. Starting in Sep- tember 2016, a new stage begins, which presupposes the achievement of an integral formation in the students, where all the components that participate in it are harmoniously combined. Based on the literature review and taking into account the results of previous research, the authors decided to use the project approach in the teaching of the subjects of the first year of the Bachelor's Degree in Education. Informatics. This paper presents the general elements of the proposal as well as the main experiences obtained with its use.
The results obtained in applying this approach have been satisfactory, since through it the teaching-learning process of the different subjects of the academic year was favored. The students’ achieved of development of la- boral and investigative formation. In addition, both teachers and students showed high satisfaction with their employment.
