Management of the Expressions of Cuban Culture in China

Este artículo presenta un modelo de gestión cultural derivado de la experiencia del emprendimiento Casa David en Beijing (2004–2024), orientado a la promoción sostenible de la cultura cubana en China. Se basa en un enfoque dual: dimensión artístico‑social y dimensión económico‑financiera. Se propone un marco analítico que integra indicadores de adaptación intercultural, redes de colaboración, diversificación de ingresos y uso de tecnologías digitales. A través de un método autoetnográfico y un análisis crítico de fuentes teóricas, se sistematizan fortalezas y debilidades de la institución cultural y se demuestra que la sinergia entre riqueza simbólica y viabilidad financiera, posibilita la diplomacia cultural efectiva. Los hallazgos revelan que la articulación de alianzas estratégicas, experiencias inmersivas y estrategias de e‑commerce puede servir de hoja de ruta replicable para otros emprendimientos culturales internacionales.

ABSTRACT

This article introduces a cultural management model based on the Casa David creative venture in Beijing (2004–2024), aimed at the sustainable promotion of Cuban culture in China. Employing a dual approach: artistic‑social and economic‑financial dimensions a comprehensive analytical framework is proposed, integrating indicators for intercultural adaptation, collaborative networks, revenue diversification, and digital technologies. Through auto‑ethnographic methods and critical review of theoretical sources, strengths and weaknesses of cultural institution are systematized, demonstrating that blending symbolic richness with financial viability enables effective cultural diplomacy. Findings show that strategic alliances, immersive experiences, and e‑commerce strategies provide a replicable blueprint for international cultural enterprises.

CubaEduca's multi-platform educational innovation

El objetivo de este artículo es caracterizar el ecosistema de innovación de la multiplataforma educativa CubaEduca para la generación de los contenidos que demanda la nueva realidad de la escuela cubana Se caracteriza este ecosistema de innovación como: gobernable, completo, sostenible, eficiente, evolucionable, escalable, medible y abierto. Asume una concepción de integración científica innovadora que supone el fortalecimiento de la investigación que aúna calidad y pertinencia y, a través de ello, la capacidad de producción y circulación de conocimientos, alinedos con las necesidades y demandas de la sociedad, los sectores productivos, las comunidades y la sociedad.

The objective of this article is to characterize the innovation ecosystem of the CubaEduca multi-platform educational platform for generating content demanded by the new reality of Cuban schools. The ecosystem characterized as governable, complete, sustainable, efficient, scalable, measurable, and open. It embraces a concept of innovative scientific integration that entails strengthening research that combines quality and relevance and, through this, the capacity to produce and circulate knowledge, aligning it with the needs and demands of society, productive sectors, communities, and the wider community.

Laboral practice in the process of formation of the half technical in electricity

El artículo tiene como objetivo el desempeño profesional de los comunicadores en la Empresa de Mantenimiento a Centrales Eléctricas, Cuba. Se operacionalizó la variable "desempeño profesional" en tres dimensiones: competencias comunicacionales, calidad del trabajo y adaptabilidad profesional, con sus respectivos indicadores. Los resultados obtenidos permitieron clasificar el desempeño de los 13 comunicadores en una escala de Alto, Medio y Bajo, proporcionando una herramienta útil para la mejora continua y la toma de decisiones organizacionales.

ABSTRACT

The present article aims to diagnose the professional performance of communicators at the Power Plant Maintenance Company, Cuba. The variable "professional performance" was operationalized into three dimensions: communication competencies, work quality, and professional adaptability, along with their respective indicators. The results made it possible to classify the performance of the 13 communicators on a scale of High, Medium, and Low, providing a useful tool for continuous improvement and organizational decision-making.

The professional superation of the professors of the Cuban Technical Education and Professional

El artículo tiene como objetivo diseñar talleres que contribuirán al mejoramiento de la superación profesional de los profesores del Centro Politécnico Andrés Lujan Vázquez del municipio San Miguel del Padrón, La Habana, Cuba. Los talleres propuestos están en correspondencia con las transformaciones que se llevan a cabo en el Tercer Perfeccionamiento de la Educación Técnica y Profesional, las nuevas formas de trabajo y las estrategias a seguir para su aplicación, la evaluación de cada fase del perfeccionamiento, la comunicación efectiva y la competencia profesional pedagógica en el manejo de las Tecnología de Ia Información y la Comunicación. Su implementación tributa al mejoramiento del desempeño profesional, humano y social de los profesores del Centro Politécnico.

ABSTRACT

The article aims to design workshops that will contribute to the professional development of teachers at the Andrés Lujan Vázquez Polytechnic Center in the municipality of San Miguel del Padrón, Havana, Cuba. The proposed workshops align with the transformations being carried out in the Third Perfection of Technical and Vocational Education, the new forms of work and strategies to follow for their implementation, the evaluation of each phase of perfection, effective communication, and pedagogical professional competence in handling Information and Communication Technology. Its implementation contributes to the improvement of the professional, human, and social performance of the teachers at the Polytechnic Center.

Bullying due to non-heteronormative sexual-erotic orientation in schools

El objetivo del artículo es fundamentar la necesidad de identificar las manifestaciones de acoso por orientación sexo-erótica no heteronormativa en el ámbito escolar lo que posibilita regular su comportamiento ante manifestaciones homofóbicas y la prevención del acoso escolar por razones de orientación sexual desde la educación. Las indagaciones empíricas aplicadas a docentes y adolescentes, así como el estudio del acoso en el ámbito escolar permitieron determinar un inventario de problemas que posibilita identificar las dificultades que enfrentan los escolares de 8vo4 de la escuela Secundaria Básica “Mariana Grajales”, La Habana, Cuba, así como promover cambios de actitud entre los adolescentes en sus relaciones interpersonales potenciando siempre el respeto a los demás y la aceptación del otro.

ABSTRACT

The objective of this article is to establish the need to identify manifestations of bullying due to non-heteronormative sexual-erotic orientation in schools. This will make it possible to regulate behavior in response to homophobic manifestations, thus preventing bullying based on sexual orientation through education. Empirical research conducted with teachers and adolescents, as well as the study of bullying in schools, allowed the author of this work to determine an inventory of problems that makes it possible to identify the difficulties faced by 8th grade students at the Mariana Grajales Secondary School, Havana, Cuba, as well as to promote changes in attitude among adolescents in their interpersonal relationships, always promoting respect for and acceptance of others.

Solving mathematical problems in Ecuador Basic General Education

El artículo tiene el objetivo de proponer una estrategia didáctica para el proceso de enseñanza aprendizaje de la resolución de problemas en el décimo año de Educación General Básica de la Unidad Educativa Comunitaria Intercultural Bilingüe Alejandro Humbolth del Cantón Pangua, provincia de Cotopaxi, Ecuador. La metodología fue cuali-cuantitativa fundamentada en métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadísticos. Para el diagnóstico inicial se aplicó una evaluación a los estudiantes. Se propuso una estrategia didáctica basada en 5 actividades la resolución de problemas matemáticos en estudiantes de décimo año, considerando sus contextos culturales y lingüísticos. Se recomienda emplear una variedad de herramientas de evaluación que permitan valorar el desarrollo de habilidades cognitivas, interculturales y socioemocionales. Además, se destaca la importancia de promover la autoevaluación y la coevaluación para fomentar la autonomía y la responsabilidad de los estudiantes.

ABSTARCT

The article aims to propose a teaching strategy for the teaching-learning process of problem solving in the tenth year of Basic General Education at the Alejandro Humbolth Community Intercultural Bilingual Educational Unit in the Pangua Canton, Cotopaxi province, Ecuador. The methodology was qualitative-quantitative based on theoretical, empirical, and statistical methods. For the initial diagnosis, an evaluation was applied to the students. A teaching strategy based on 5 activities for solving mathematical problems was proposed for tenth-year students, considering their cultural and linguistic contexts. It is recommended to use a variety of assessment tools that allow for the evaluation of the development of cognitive, intercultural, and socio-emotional skills. Furthermore, the importance of promoting self-assessment and co-assessment is highlighted to foster students' autonomy and responsibility.

The article aims to assess the challenges and opportunities arising from digitalization, globalization, and the potential of Advanced Education as a support for the improvement, preparation, and training of human resources in agriculture, focusing on local development. It highlights the role played by the Ramal School of the Ministry of Agriculture in Cuba, which provides municipal actors with the necessary tools to adapt to technological changes and market demands in a constantly changing environment. Advanced education and Information and Communication Technology facilitate access to high-quality educational resources, promote research, and encourage collaborative learning in the digital continuous training.

Education for the treatment of tobacco consumption

The objective is to demonstrate education for the treatment of tobacco consumption in organic chemistry classes, based on the potential of its contents, supported by the pedagogical conception of health promotion and education. Participatory action research was applied using the following methods: bibliographic review, group interview with students and consultation with specialists who endorsed the results as satisfactory. This education can be developed by identifying the potentialities of the professional pedagogical process for addressing smoking, providing follow-up, and improving students' risk perception regarding the damage caused by carbon compounds present in tobacco combustion, which affects health and the environment.
