This study analyzes this link as a key element for agricultural innovation, highlighting the mediating role of municipal university centers. Through a case study of the municipality of Caimito and its Local Food Systems, challenges and opportunities for strengthening this synergy are identified. Using theoretical (analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive, historical-logical) and empirical (documentary analysis) methods from a dialectical materialist perspective, the results reveal that the university center functions as a critical link for the transfer of scientific and technological knowledge to the agrifood sector, promoting innovation through co-designed training processes. It is concluded that the intentional integration of training, applied research, and productive demands is essential for materializing science in the field and moving toward sustainable agrarian systems.
Nidia Reinoso Toledo, Ing. In this sense, a teaching guide is proposed for diagnosing this competence in general, and particularly for those who benefit from the cochlear implant. An update is made to this diagnostic tool recognized as the Language Exploration Battery for Deaf Students (BELES), which has been validated nationwide since 2004-05. Among the theoretical and empirical methods used, the following stand out: documentary analysis, modeling, observation, and interviews. The exploratory blocks are restructured and the design of the speech rehabilitation levels for deaf students with cochlear implants is introduced, consistent with the stages of auditory perception development to promote the development of oral communication. The methodological procedures of each level are specified for the diagnosis and speech therapy intervention with the aim of developing bilingual communicative competence. The results of its validation in pedagogical practice have evidenced its didactic value by recognizing the importance of communication for access to the curriculum and learning in general.
Xiomara Rodríguez Fleitas, Dr. C. Procedure for the Teacher-tutor http://revistas.ucpejv.edu.cu/index.php/rOrb/article/view/2603
The article aims to determine the procedures (which serve as indicators), in relation to the invariant diagnose both psychological and pedagogical professional skill in students of the career of Pedagogy-Psychology. These aspects are dealt with by the teacher-tutor, whether in work practice, systematic or concentrated, as in teaching. Different methods are used to deepen and interpret the information on the subject, such as: the historical-logical method, the analytical-synthetic method; the inductive-deductive method and modeling. Educational guidance procedures for diagnosis and diagnostic skill training were developed.

Arledys Díaz Pupo, MSc. ##submission.copyrightStatement## http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/4.0 2025-11-18 2025-11-18 Hildren's literature a cultural and professional growth for the teacher http://revistas.ucpejv.edu.cu/index.php/rOrb/article/view/2517
his article arises from the research conducted by the authors in their professional practice in teacher training. Its objective is to present some ideas on the theoretical and methodological foundations that allow, in addition to adequately addressing this content, to demonstrate the influence that children's literature has on teachers' cultural and professional growth. The methods used were bibliographic review, participant observation, research, and expository methods to support the proposed objective and the dissemination of the results, which recognize the imprint of children's literature on their professional and cultural development. From its conception, it has allowed for a deep exploration and use of children's literature to increase the quality and effectiveness of teachers' pedagogical work, which requires creative and innovative approaches to benefit knowledge through the foundations of contemporary linguistics.
Anisia Quintana Padrón, MSc. Therefore, teachers must, in their teaching practices, address this exercise methodologically. This exercise includes developmental dynamics in which metacognition and meta-learning strategies, emerging from students' intellectual potential, empower them with reading prominence, expressed in their knowledge and know-how, as an example of the platform for professional text interpretation and creation they represent. For these reasons, in this work, consistent with the cognitive, communicative and sociocultural approach that assumes the logic of the treatment of the levels of comprehension, it is considered appropriate to propose a logic of reading comprehension, structured by the generation of inferences, so that the intersubjectivity and culture accumulated by the students constitute interpretive-constructionist entities, conceived as resources for reading and production of meanings, which in the dynamics of generating inferences, can guarantee professional communicative understanding and construction. Holistic modeling from the dialectical perspective illustrates the logic that is articulated from the generation of inferences, as a transformative dynamic of the reading process and its comprehension.
Erick Mendoza Barroso, Dr. C. A literature search was conducted, and key theoretical methods such as historical-logical, analytical-synthetic, systemic-structural, and modeling were employed, allowing for the study of the theory and the potential of Castro's thought for EE. The main results include the systematization of the historical and theoretical foundations, and the design of the pedagogical conception. A system of categories and principles, and an implementation methodology are identified. This conception establishes links between pedagogical research and environmental thought, strengthening EE as a transversal dimension of the student's comprehensive training process.
Keily Alicia Ramos Moreno, MSc. Therefore, this article aimed to establish a foundation for an evaluation model of said competence, from the perspective of permanent and continuous education, focusing on the quality of care. The methodology applies theoretical methods such as document analysis, modeling, and systemic-structural functional, complemented by empirical methods like the satisfaction test and consultation with specialists to validate the model's coherence. The results obtained from the expert consultation and the satisfaction test showed predominant levels of clear satisfaction with the model. In conclusion, the evaluation model is positioned as a transformative and homogenizing agent in the certification instruments for ultrasonography competence for the Imaging Technologist across different levels of healthcare.

Suleyka Cabello Daza, MSc. Specifically, podiatrists don't have many training opportunities to stay updated. Therefore, this article aims to determine the foundations of a training strategy for good practices in podiatric procedures for podiatrists who graduated from the Instituto Superior Tecnológico Bolivariano de Technology (ITB) in Guayaquil, Ecuador. The research employs a qualitative approach with an explanatory nature. Information was compiled from a literature review and the use of theoretical methods like analysis, synthesis, induction, and deduction. The objective of this work is to substantiate the evolution of moral and civic education within formal education in the Dominican Republic. In this article, historical-logical analysis, documentary analysis, analytic-synthetic, and inductive-deductive methods were employed to determine the different stages of moral and civic education and its impact today. It was established that moral and civic education in the initial and ongoing training of teachers provides the necessary knowledge, strategies, and resources in their professional practice so they can promote the understanding of values and attitudes that foster the construction of a democratic, participatory, just, and solidarity-based society.

DOI: https://zenodo.org/records/17227658
Victor Santico Coats, Lic.
